Join Us

We are a network of provider organisations based in Herefordshire or independent local branches of national or regional organisations. We welcome new members who want to play an active part in improving services in the county.  

 

Organisations signing up agree to share key information on their size and activities to be used combined with others to demonstrate HAT’s reach and weight.  

 

Membership is conditional of an active commitment to: - 

• Regularly contribute to co-production and partnership activities  

• Attend meetings in person in Herefordshire on a regular basis 

• Provide peer support to other members of the group 

• Respond to requests for input and knowledge 

• Share training, resources and other information to improve services for all 

• Contribute to an annual report to demonstrate the impact of HAT
