HAT works in a number of ways to promote best practice and improve services
Co-production
We believe that the best way to achieve lasting results is by working through co-production. Co-production way of working, whereby everyone works together on an equal basis to create a service or come to a decision which works for them all.
Social care
We work closely with Herefordshire Council on the design of services and championing the needs of those we support.
Health
With HAT members expert in delivering health services, we work with the NHS to ensure that Herefordshire is equitably represented in funding and the services available to county residents.
Collaboration
HAT members work together on joint projects to develop and improve services. This can include joint bids and activities as well as sharing what we do across networks
